Conscious By Us (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Inclusive Nursing Content Review Assistant and related digital tools, including Custom GPTs developed using the CBU Inclusive Review Methodology.

INCRA™ operates within OpenAI’s platform.

User inputs are processed in accordance with OpenAI’s privacy and data use policies. Conscious By Us does not independently store, retain, sell, or use submitted content for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Conscious By Us does not maintain a separate database of user submissions from INCRA™.

We do not intentionally retain content after a response is generated.

5. Purpose and Limitations

INCRA™ is intended to:

• Support inclusive, equity-centered educational content review

• Assist educators and healthcare professionals

The tool:

• Does not provide clinical or medical advice

• Does not replace educator, clinical, psychometric, or institutional judgment

• Is not intended for use with real patient data

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to support responsible use of this tool. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not include sensitive or confidential information.

7. Children’s Privacy

This tool is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
