Conscious By Us, LLC. is located in New Jersey and is the brainchild of Tahitia Timmons.

Our services are typically conducted virtually and focus on meeting you where you are on your journey, whether that be coaching, speaking engagements, content reviews or something custom.

We create transformation by providing the support you need to examine how your personal and professional environment impact your health, well-being, growth and success. We focus on creating safer spaces for dialogue around topics like diversity, inclusion, equity, justice, authenticity, stereotypes, intersectionality, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and burnout (just a few of the topics we assist with).

About Tahitia
This is a labor of love and Tahitia is committed to making a difference in the world we inhabit, even if at times we all feel a bit like Sisyphus pushing that rock. She identifies as a Black cisgendered, queer, autistic woman, and prefers she/her/hers pronouns, Tahitia draws from her experiences as a nurse, educator, leader, mother, and intersectional person to gain valuable insights into addressing biases and preventing miscommunication.
With over 20 years of experience as an advocate, public speaker, nurse, content creator, and transformational coach, Tahitia is well-equipped to offer support and expertise on both individual and organizational levels. Rest assured, Tahitia is here to support you, meet you where you are, and assist you get where you would like to be.

We offer packages for multiple sessions and single 45-minute coaching sessions.
