Virtual 1-on-1 Coaching Single Session

Take the next step in your professional and personal growth by with a virtual 1-on-1 coaching session. We can assist guide you through the process of understanding how diversity, equity, and inclusion impact the workplace, and how you can make your own impact in it. This is a voluntary partnership that will be both thought-provoking and creative, helping you to reach your full potential. DEI Coaching may assist clients with the following: • Greater competence regarding diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice in the workplace • Active and intentional allyship • DEI planning and strategy • Provides a safe space to ask questions, refine processes, and grow leader skills • Allows for real-time support • Allows for the practice of communication skills and sharing around vulnerability and authenticity.

Cancellation Policy

The Policy highlighted here is part of the overall Coaching Services Agreement. The Client understands that a separate form and Coaching Agreement must be completed and signed before any plan or single session is activated. General 1. After purchasing any plan or single session, the client agrees to schedule and participate in an introductory 30-minute call (via Calendly) in which the client/coaching contract will be reviewed, and application, along with goal setting and role expectations. 2. All coaching sessions are for 45 minutes, conducted virtually, and utilize the Zoom platform. 4. The Client will initiate all scheduled calls/meetings and will be in attendance on the Zoom platform for the session no later than 5 minutes past the scheduled time. Cancellation Policy 1. The Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. 2. The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. 3. Any missed sessions or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited. Termination Policy 1. Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement if 5 business days' written notice is given before the start of the Plan (first coaching session). 2. To request a refund before the start of the coaching plan, please send the written request to Tahitia@consciousbyus.com. The refund will be issued, minus a 10% transaction fee. Refund Policy 1. Refunds will be granted only before the start of the coaching agreement. 2. All refund requests must be in writing and sent 5 business days prior to the start of the Plan (first coaching session). Please send the written request to Tahitia@consciousbyus.com. 3. Accepted refund requests will be issued, minus a 10% transaction fee. 4. Note, we understand unexpected events may occur. Refunds outside of the termination policy will be considered on an individual basis, must be in writing and sent to Tahitia@consciousbyus.com. 5. Refunds are at the discretion of Conscious By Us, LLC.
