Service Description

Series One: Stories of Identity & Healing includes: • All 6 live sessions • All resources/reader’s guides • Private online discussion space • Max 10 people total per series in a circle for deep connection • All members have the opportunity to co-facilitate Co-facilitation activities can include: Helping to moderate discussions, facilitating a smaller breakout group, creating a resource and other mutually agreed upon activities. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules and circumstances can change. Because the Health Equity Book Group is a small, intentionally facilitated learning community, each seat represents a meaningful commitment of time and shared space. Cancellations You may cancel your membership up to 72 hours prior to the first scheduled book group meeting for a 50% refund of your membership fee. Cancellations received within 72 hours of the first meeting or after the series has begun are not eligible for a refund, as your reserved seat cannot be reassigned and program costs have already been allocated. Transfers & Substitutions Memberships are non-transferable. Each participant’s enrollment is tied to individual participation, to maintain the confidentiality and trust of the group. Program Changes Conscious By Us reserves the right to modify session dates or substitute reading selections if needed. Any changes will be communicated promptly via email. Session Attendance Because discussions are live-only and confidential, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
