Hi my name is Tahitia and I am the owner of Conscious By Us, LLC.

I am a nurse and health equity diversity and inclusion consultant.  I understand the transformative power of creating spaces where people can truly be themselves. This understanding forms the foundation of my consulting and coaching approach at Conscious By Us LLC.

My journey began in nursing, where I witnessed firsthand how unaddressed biases impact both care providers and those seeking care. With an MSN in nursing education and technology, I've transitioned from providing foundational nursing centered education to becoming a seasoned digital storyteller, coach, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant who views wellness as central to any meaningful diversity effort.

What distinguishes me is not just my approach but my extensive professional credentials. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, I bring structured methodology to my practice. My specialized training includes certifications as a Certified Professional Diversity Coach from CoachDiversity Institute, a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) and Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) from the Institute for Diversity Certification. These credentials are complemented by my qualification as an IDI Administrator and completion of the ICS Certificate Program.

What sets me apart is my unique trauma-informed framework that integrates health equity and wellness principles into DEI journeys. I don't just offer performative solutions—I create transformative experiences that prioritize health, address how to maintain resilience in the face of systemic inequities, and promote sustainable change.

As a queer Black autistic woman who navigates mobility challenges while raising a family, I bring authentic lived experience to every session. This perspective, combined with my formal certifications in diversity, equity, and inclusion, allows me to connect deeply with clients, helping them discover unseen approaches to inclusion and wellness that others might miss.

Clients who work with me benefit from my transformational coaching method, specifically geared toward creating psychological safety, fostering cultural humility, and integrating concepts of belonging and engagement.
